Kitchen Manager - Spherion

We are seeking an experienced Kitchen manager. Our ideal candidate will be able to manage kitchen employees, coordinate with vendors, purchase inventory, create S.O.Ps, follow recipes, and participate in monthly executive meetings.

Responsibilities:
-Ability to manage several kitchen employees
- Coordinate with Vendors
- Purchasing Inventory
-Create S.O.P.s
- Ensure kitchen quality
-Ensure recipes are being followed
-Create agendas for monthly executive meetings

Working hours: 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Skills:
-Managerial experience
-Previous Kitchen experience
-Clear and concise written communication
-Quality assurance control
-Food handlers card (preferred)
-Culinary associates degree (preferred but not required)

Education:
Associate

Experience:
1-4 years
