Job Expectations:

• Ensure food quality meets our high standards
• Oversee back of house operations
• Manage food preparation, handling, and sanitation
• Lead food and beverage management
• Maintain ServSafe certification and uphold food safety standards
• Handle ordering, cost management, and purchasing
• Conduct staff interviews and manage staffing needs
• Utilize math skills for inventory and financial management
• Coordinate events and retail operations
