Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, care and manage kitchen staff
- Ensure food quality and safety standards are met
- Oversee inventory and ordering supplies
- Ability to develop team members
- Direct day to day operations
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a fast paced kitchen management role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Food Safety and Quality experience
- Ability to work weekends and 10-hour shifts
- Open availability Monday through Saturday
