Position Title: Kitchen Manager 

Job Description: As our Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for managing the kitchen operations of our restaurant and helping to grow our consumer brand and loyal customer base. You must have an exceptionally upbeat attitude and fit in with our warm, friendly environment. You will direct the activities of hourly employees, ensure cleanliness and sanitation, implement purchasing and cost controls, and follow up with corrective action when needed. You will also ensure that scratch food is made to specification, and perform administrative and accounting duties following company policies.

Qualifications: 

• 3+ years of high-volume kitchen management experience
