Responsibilities:
- Execute creative and authentic Southern-inspired menus that showcase the best of the region's flavors.
- Lead and mentor the kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation, cooking, and plating to ensure exceptional taste and presentation.
- Collaborate with management to establish food costs, manage inventory, and ensure operational efficiency.
- Extensive culinary experience, including a proven track record in a leadership role (at least 2 years) within a high-volume restaurant environment.
- Expertise in Southern cuisine, including a deep understanding of traditional ingredients, cooking techniques, and flavor profiles.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to guide and inspire a diverse kitchen team.
- Creativity, adaptability, and a passion for creating memorable dining experiences that capture the essence of Southern comfort and flavor.
