About the Job
Must have at least 3 years restaurant experience in a high-volume operation. A Kitchen Manager must be highly self-motivated and energetic. Must have experience in scheduling, doing inventory/ordering/receiving. Must have a proven track record of managing food cost, labor cost and restaurant controllable cost. Must be able to work a minimum of 50 hours per week.
Western Sizzlin was founded in 1962, in Augusta, GA, by Nick Pascarella. Nick discovered a unique way of grilling steaks. He used a special steak seasoning called Gold DustĀ®, and a special process of grilling the bottom and top of the steaks simultaneously; thus, our FlameKistĀ® steak was born! This unique process locks in the flavor as the steak is seared to a savory perfection.
