About the Job
The new Hilton Garden Inn is looking for a dynamic, energetic, detail oriented person to lead our kitchen team. We are part of Lexington Mgmt, which is a local Hotel Mgmt company. Our ideal candidate will be able live our core values, drive results, and have a positive attitude.
Our hotel is off the I-71 corridor in Evanston. We are a half a mile away from Xavier University.
Duties:
* Supervise and coordinate the daily operation of the kitchen.
*Run our banquet operation for up to 150 people.
* Ensure food is safe, presentable, and is timely.
* Hire, train , and maintain staff.
* Cleanliness standards are followed.
* Brand and Mgmt company standards are followed.
* Food is portioned, consistent, and controls in place.
