Back of House - Kitchen Manager (Full Time)

Responsibilities
- Ensure a positive customer experience by leading the team to execute operational excellence including delivering speed of service and quality of food while maintaining a food safe enviroment
- Be a good steward of the resources entrusted to them by managing costs such as labor.
- Execute our quality of food and good stewardship policies while keeping operations flowing
- Hold team members accountable to all basic store policies

Requirements
- We’re looking for motivated team members with some food service or retail experience.
- Safety is important – we need an individual that understands and practices basic food and physical safety.
- We need leaders who can guarantee operational excellence and consistently exceed customers’ expectations.
- Minimum age of 18.
