A thriving small local pizzeria situated in the heart of Wayne, PA is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager/Catering Chef. We're renowned for our Italian entrees and top-notch pizzas, and with an ambitious vision to expand into full-blown pick and delivery catering services, we need someone to help us take that big step.

Your role will be multi-faceted and crucial to our long-term growth. We're dreaming big for 2025 and beyond, and this position plays a major role in realizing that vision.

Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing the smooth functioning and organization of the kitchen
• Preparing Italian entrees and pizzas
• Assisting in the creation and execution of our catering services
• Acting as a backup pizza chef in the absence of our current pizza wizard and the Owner's right hand.
• Gradually taking over ordering responsibilities from Vince, the owner

The ideal candidate will have a solid background as a short order cook and back-of-house Supervisor or Manager, with pizza experience being a significant plus but not mandatory. We are more than willing to teach the fine art of pizza crafting.

We're looking for someone that can work 5 days a week, with the flexibility to work more if desired. Our operating hours are Mon-Thurs 10:30am-8pm, Fri 10:30am-8:30pm, and Sat 10:30am-8pm. Currently, we're closed on Sundays but are considering opening in the near future.

Compensation:

• A competitive salary range of $55,000 to $65,000 per year, depending on experience
• A benefits stipend to help with coverage
• Guaranteed full week of paid time off and paid holidays
