Title of Position: Kitchen Manager
Job Description: Our Kitchen Manager must have passion and dedication for the culinary arts and share their experience and enthusiasm with the rest of the team. Maintaining high standards for cleanliness, food quality and guest service will be your number 1 priority as our Kitchen Manager. Recruiting, training, supervising and evaluating the culinary personnel will be maintained by the Kitchen Manager. Our Kitchen Manager must have passion and dedication for the culinary arts and share their experience and enthusiasm with the rest of the team. Exemplary leadership abilities are a must to be successful as our Kitchen Manager. Administrative functions including scheduling, inventory control and understanding of P&L reports will also be the responsibility of the Kitchen Manager.

Qualifications:
· Three plus years of management experience in a high-volume atmosphere is a requirement for the Kitchen Manager
· A requirement for the Kitchen Manager is a strong background with team building and mentoring others
· The Kitchen Manager must have proven success in financial responsibility and cost control
· The Kitchen Manager must be able to follow the systems that are already in place within the restaurant
· The Kitchen Manager should always be able to provide consistent support to the success of the operation
