Team Leadership and Support
- Assist in onboarding and training kitchen staff, focusing on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), food safety, and customer service.
- Lead by example, offering hands-on coaching and support to ensure a high standard of operations.
- Foster teamwork and collaboration between kitchen and front-of-house staff.
Culinary Operations
- Maintain quality and consistency in food preparation by following established procedures.
- Assist in menu development, including daily specials and creative offerings.
- Oversee kitchen cleanliness, organization, and equipment maintenance.
Administration and Organization
- Manage kitchen schedules and help control labor costs.
- Support inventory management, purchasing, and receiving.
- Ensure food safety compliance and assist with health inspections.
Growth Opportunities
- Collaborate with experienced managers to develop your skills in leadership, operations, and hospitality.
- Gain exposure to inventory management, cost control, and team supervision to prepare for higher-level roles.
- Experience Not Required: Previous kitchen or restaurant supervision experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right candidate.
