Kitchen Designer
Our client, a full-service provider of building materials and cabinetry solutions, is seeking a talented Kitchen Designer to join their team. The Kitchen Designer will play a key role in collaborating with contractors, architects, and homeowners to deliver exceptional kitchen and bath design projects. This position requires strong design skills, project management experience, and the ability to ensure client satisfaction from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities for the Kitchen Designer:
- Manage the entire kitchen and bath design process from concept development to final order placement.
- Conduct on-site visits to confirm accurate measurements and create detailed kitchen and bath designs.
- Collaborate with clients to provide comprehensive information on products, pricing, specifications, and installation guidelines.
- Partner with internal teams, including sales and customer service, to resolve client concerns and ensure seamless project execution.
- Utilize design software such as 20/20 and AutoCAD to create customized, functional kitchen and bath solutions.
- Stay current with product offerings, design trends, and emerging technologies to bring innovative ideas to clients.
- Perform additional duties as required to support the success of kitchen and bath design projects.
Qualifications for the Kitchen Designer:
- Proficiency in design software such as 20/20 and AutoCAD.
- Strong knowledge of cabinetry construction, space planning, and kitchen and bath design principles.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills to deliver high-quality kitchen and bath designs.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills to address client needs and project challenges.
- Ability to manage multiple design projects while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
Education & Experience for the Kitchen Designer:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in Kitchen and Bath design and sales, with portfolio examples required.
- Experience using relevant design software for kitchen and bath projects.
