Proficiency in design software such as 20/20 and AutoCAD

Solid knowledge of cabinetry construction and design planning

Strong project management and organizational skills

Exceptional communication and listening skills

Ability to effectively resolve problems from design to installation

Skills to deliver the best customer experience

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORKING CONDITIONS:

Travel requirements within the region.

Standard office setting. Stands, sits, and walks.

Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

High School Diploma preferred.

3-5 years of experience in Kitchen & Bath sales and design, portfolio examples required.

Experience with relevant design software
