A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FOOD PREP - LINE COOK

As a Food Prep - Line Cook, you are responsible for providing our customers with high-quality food service at our restaurant. As orders come in, you're quick to assemble food items according to recipe specifications. You cook, chop, and prepare ingredients as necessary while using proper food safety techniques. When you aren't cooking, you help with food prep by ensuring we have key ingredients in stock and ready for use. You also perform a variety of cleaning and sanitation duties to keep our kitchen in pristine condition. WORK SCHEDULE
