Kitchen & Bath Remodel Sales Consultants - Woodbridge Home Solutions

We are looking for DRIVEN, DYNAMIC, and RESULTS-ORIENTED Sales Consultants for our Outside Sales Team! On average, our representatives make between $100,000 and $200,000 annually.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• In-Home Sales Position: Reporting directly to the customer's home and providing them with a tailored windows, door, or siding consultation
• Preset Qualified Customer Appointments: Say goodbye to cold calling and door knocking! We provide all your leads.
• Competitive Commission Rate: Our average commission rate is 10%. There are also quarterly bonuses. On average, our representatives make between $100,000 and $200,000 annually.
• Full Commission Role: This is a W2 position with full commission, giving you the ability to maximize your earning potential

• Paid Training Program: Enjoy a 3-week paid training program to get you up to speed.
• Receive Full Commission While in Training: Run leads alongside a Sales Manager and earn full commission. On average, trainees close 2-5 deals throughout the training.
• Immediate Hiring: We’re looking to bring someone on board right away.

WHAT YOU NEED:

• In-home sales, outside sales or direct sales experience (design experience is a plus)
• Influential, persuasive communication and presentation skills
• Strong Work Ethic and Drive to Succeed!
• Flexible schedule – homeowner appointments may be in the evenings and weekends
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and clean driving record
• High school diploma, general education degree (GED) or equivalent
