Well-established and growing family-owned accessibility industry leader and innovator in the design and manufacturing of quality ramps serving the manufacturing and healthcare sectors by providing newfound freedom to the elderly and handicapped community with the most diverse range of accessibility products in the industry is seeking a qualified Key Account Manager who embodies the company's values to spearhead their client relations and drive their mission forward. This role demands more than just managing accounts; it's about forging lasting partnerships based on trust, understanding, and unparalleled service. They're looking for someone who not only excels in customer service but thrives on making a positive difference in people's lives. Hours are Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm. Position is on site, with occasional remote flexibility and travel. Salary depends on experience. Company offers 80% company-paid health plan as well as dental, vision, 401(k) with match, life and disability insurance, PTO, and bonus.
Responsibilities:
-Act as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed with speed and empathy
-Keep client records meticulously updated, including contract renewals and service updates
-Collaborate closely with sales and internal teams to meet and exceed KPIs
-Deepen your understanding of our products to enhance service offerings
-Spearhead client retention and expansion through exemplary service and strategic partnership
-Embrace brand ambassadorship, representing company values in every interactionQualifications:
-5+ years in a sales or account management role, ideally in a relevant industry
-Demonstrated ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
-Proficiency in CRM and ERP software, such as HubSpot or Epicor
-Bachelor s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
-Proven leadership in managing teams with empathy and effectiveness
-Stellar communication skills, both written and verbal
-Insight into client needs with high levels of social perceptiveness
-Experience in B2B business development and sales
-Track record of fostering long-term client relationships
-Organizational prowess and meticulous attention to detail
-Superior problem-solving, negotiation, and time management skillsQualifications:
