RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Oversee domestic operations, reporting, load coverage, and customer care
-Overseeing staff activities and customer requests
-Partner with the sales and operations teams for optimal customer satisfaction
-Present a streamlined technology solution developing a detailed analysis of customized needs in challenging areas
-Traveling to meet with key clients, on a regular basis
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Bachelor’s Degree
-Ability to work both independently and within a team
-5 plus years in overseeing and managing staff
-5-7 years of experience, specifically, in domestic logistics distribution, with focus on FTL
-High energy, with a passion for maintaining/retaining relationships with outside clients and vendors
-Self-starter with strong organization & presentation skills
