PositionSummary:
As theKey Account Manager (KAM), you will foster and maintain positive relationshipswith our customers, serving as the primary interface and point of contact. Youwill intimately understand our customers needs to anticipate servicerequirements and collaborate with internal departments to ensure requests areeffectively addressed and fully satisfied. This role is pivotal in drivingcustomer satisfaction, fostering growth, and achieving organizationalobjectives.
KeyResponsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with assigned customers who utilize company facilities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, managing the overall relationship with key accounts.
- Develop and execute a multi-year customer engagement strategy.
- Business Growth and Opportunity Management:
- Collaborate with existing customers to identify optimization opportunities and growth projects that align with their ambitions and the organizations growth targets.
- Generate a sustainable pipeline of growth opportunities of varying sizes, scales, and scopes.
- Work cross-functionally within the organization to support growth initiatives.
- Strategic Planning and Analysis:
- Define and implement strategic marketing plans to drive revenue growth for selected accounts.
- Conduct market intelligence and build business cases for new commercial opportunities.
- Analyze contracts thoroughly, including revenue analysis and fair market value determination for services offered.
- Contract Management:
- Track and implement contract changes prior to renewal dates.
- Ensure compliance with existing commercial contracts and align with internal stakeholders on contract terms.
- Collaboration and Alignment:
- Align with the company management team to meet regional goals and targets.
- Assist in forecasting, reporting input, budgeting, and problem-solving efforts.
- Project Management:
- Manage and update assigned customer projects through to completion.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure project milestones are met and customer satisfaction is achieved.
Qualificationsand Skills:
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or a related role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze contracts and market data.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Sound understanding of commercial contracts and revenue analysis.
