Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with various departments within the company, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure that key accounts receive top-quality service.
- Manage and oversee the credentialing process for key accounts, ensuring that all necessary documents and certifications are updated and compliant with industry standards.
- Resolve any issues or problems faced by key accounts in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Monitor sales and progress towards company goals, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations, applying this knowledge to strategic planning and decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in healthcare sales, with a focus on key account management and medical credentialing.
- Proven track record of success in managing key accounts and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent understanding of the medical credentialing process and relevant regulations.
