Job Title: Key Account Manager

Location: Bell, CA (Onsite)

Status: Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 annually

Role Description:

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing strategic customer relationships, developing tailored business plans, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, and utilizing analytical insights to drive growth. This position plays a critical role in fostering long-term partnerships and ensuring mutual success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure customer loyalty and satisfaction.
• Develop and implement business plans tailored to client needs and company objectives.
• Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze customer data to identify growth opportunities and optimize service delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of logistics and supply chain services.
• Monitor and report on account performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.
• Support the company’s business development initiatives by identifying potential areas for expansion within existing accounts.

Qualifications:

• Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to develop effective business plans.
• Demonstrated success in key account management and customer service roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
• A track record of driving customer loyalty and achieving business growth.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Knowledge of logistics and the supply chain industry is preferred.
