HOTWORX - 24-Hour Infrared Fitness Studio offers the first ever implementation of 3-dimensional training. We combine Heat (dimension 1), Infrared Energy (dimension 2) & Exercise (dimension 3) to help members flush toxins, tone up, and torch calories. Our studio offers 24-hour access to virtual workouts ranging from HOT Yoga to Hot Cycle, Hot Buns and more. Our exclusive workouts are done inside the HOTWORX sauna and are led by a virtual instructor in a semi-private environment, suitable for all fitness levels to give members MORE WORKOUT IN LESS TIME!
As a HOTWORX Fitness Studio Manager Trainee, you will begin to learn the business from the ground up. You'll transition from TSA to Lead TSA and then General Manager. Ultimately leading a team that shares the passion and energy of changing members lives! You will manage the daily operations & membership sales of a new fitness studio concept. The General Manager will hire, train, and develop the staff in studio. One of the main responsibilities is to ensure that of customer service to our members and that the team is achieving all sales and marketing goals. You will build relationships with HOTWORX members and the surrounding community.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Growing Monthly Gross Revenue and Hitting Sales Targets
- Effectively Manage daily operations in studio
- Oversee Member training and experience
- Facilitate all weekly and/or monthly staff meetings & training sessions.
- Submit payroll bi-monthly and weekly staff schedule
- Produce all daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required by HOTWORX corporate
- Create Atmosphere of Fun and Incredible Member Service to Drive Loyalty and Retention
- Manage and develop marketing campaigns and initiatives
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Previous experience in management and/or sales, preferred
- Ability to achieve sales goals, both individual and studio goals
- Strong Interpersonal and Leadership Skills
- Must love talking with people and making people happy!
- Confident in asking for money and closing membership agreements
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong leadership qualities
- Must Be Extremely Organized and Detailed Oriented
- Outgoing approach to prospecting, marketing and networking
- Ability to utilize social media and all other marketing and advertising media to engage members and the community and to help grow the member base and brand awareness daily

Monday - Thursday 11am-8pm | Friday 9am-6pm | Saturday 11am-4pm
