About the Job
The K-16 Pathway Coordinator will support regional partners, ensuring the success of funded projects through regular technical assistance and oversight. They will monitor progress, collect data, facilitate reporting, and strengthen collaborations between K-12 institutions, postsecondary education, and industry partners. Additionally, they will ensure that educational pathways align with workforce needs and provide a seamless transition for students from high school to higher education and careers.
The full salary range for the K-16 Pathway Coordinator is $24.71 - $41.67 per hour. However, the expected pay scale for this position is up to $32.57 hourly. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs.
Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position. Currently, we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa for staff.

Education
Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related area and/or equivalent experience/training. (Required)
- Continuing education in related field. (Required)
Experience Requirements
- 2 - 4 years of related experience. (Required)
Minimum Requirements
Working knowledge of current public education programs and trends. Good analytical skills to understand how business needs can be addressed
through the design and delivery of training programs. Working knowledge of conducting needs assessment. Working skills to produce and deliver programs. Good reading, verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, and good presentation skills. Working knowledge of delivering public educational programs. Interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication, active listening, critical thinking, persuasiveness, advising and counseling skills. Thorough knowledge of financial analysis and reporting techniques. Strong skills in short term planning, analysis and problem-solving and customer service. Ability to use discretion and maintain confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications
Working knowledge of departmental and organization policies and procedures; knowledge of educational program content and objectives. Knowledge of a variety of administrative operations activities such as event planning, basic fundraising processes, risk management planning, contracts and grants regulations and guidelines.
