What You’ll Do:

• Prepare invoices and ensure accuracy with supporting documentation.
• Resolve billing and general ledger variances.
• Reconcile balance sheet and expense accounts.
• Assist with AR reporting and month-end close tasks.
• Prepare journal entries, internal payment requests, and ad hoc Excel tracking sheets.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and controls.
• Calculate rebates and penalties based on contract terms.
• Provide support for additional accounting tasks as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required.
• Experience: 1+ year of accounting experience is a must.
• Technical Skills: Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills are required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Business Central and Cosmos, healthcare industry background, and contract interpretation skills (preferred but not required).
