CALIBRE Systems, Inc., an employee-owned Management Consulting and Digital Transformation company, is looking for an Entry-level SharePoint Developer. As a Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing SharePoint solutions to meet our organization's needs, modifying our website and creating reporting dashboards. This position offers an excellent opportunity for growth and development in the field of SharePoint development.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, customize, and maintain SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and workflows to support business processes.
- Design and implement solutions using SharePoint, Power Apps, HTML, .NET, and SQL technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and propose effective SharePoint solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SharePoint applications, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Provide technical support and assistance to end-users on SharePoint-related matters.
- Assist in the documentation of SharePoint configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Assist in creating financial dashboards
Required Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in SharePoint development or related roles.
- Proficiency in SharePoint development, including experience with SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server.
- Familiarity with Power Apps development and customization.
- Strong understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and .NET framework.
- Knowledge of SQL databases and experience in writing SQL queries.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively to meet deadlines.
- Prior experience or internships in SharePoint development or related fields is a plus.
