Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and sales-driven Junior Account Manager (JAM) to support a team in managing client accounts, with a primary focus on building and maintaining long-term relationships with boutique fitness studio owners. As a JAM, you will collaborate closely with the Senior Account Manager (SAM) to ensure client satisfaction and business growth, acting as a key point of contact for studios. This role involves proactively addressing client needs, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the overall success of each studio account.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the SAM in managing accounts and ensuring the success of boutique fitness studios.
- Build positive relationships with studio owners to foster long-term partnerships.
- Maintain daily activity quotas and ensure goals are met for outbound calls, emails, and lead management.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics such as Gross Sales, Leads Added, Memberships Sold, and Conversion Rates.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and daily quotas for bookings, sales, and referrals.
- Collaborate with SAM to develop strategies for studio growth and improvement.
- Ensure email/text blast forms are completed accurately and on time.
- Track and report bad studio leads for analysis and improvement.
- Provide daily support for lead management and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- Participate in weekly meetings with SAM and senior management, providing feedback and insights on studio performance.
Qualifications:
- Willingness to make 150-250 outbound calls per day to engage with prospects and clients.
- Strong sales mentality with a focus on achieving and exceeding quotas.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to work remotely in an environment with little to no distractions.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to think critically and proactively develop strategies for studio growth.
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently, and contribute effectively to a remote team environment.
