Responsibilities of the Junior Recruiter
- Conduct phone screenings for multiple departments and types of roles
- The Junior Recruiter will post ads and proactively source from job board sites
- The Junior Recruiter will conduct the onboarding process for new hires
- Assist in other ad hoc recruiting projects
Preferred Qualifications of the Junior Recruiter
- Some recruiting knowledge/experience required
- Ability to be goal driven, hire up to 10 people per month
