As the Jr Project Manager for the Coolibar Marketing team, you'll be joining a cross-functional team of creative marketers and designers, working together to achieve one thing: Inspire our target(s) to protect their skin from the sun with our industry leading UPF 50 clothing and accessories that are not only functional but fashionable too. Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Junior Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will focus on ecommerce photo shoot organization, asset delivery, and the traffic of photography through various stages, including image capture, photoshoot production, retouching, and final delivery to the ecommerce team. This role is crucial for ensuring the seamless execution of our visual content creation process, maintaining our brand's high standards in visual presentation.

Responsibilities:

Photo Shoot Coordination

• Assist in all aspects of photo shoots, including model casting, location scouting, wardrobe selection, and prop sourcing.

• Ensure seamless execution of each project by coordinating schedules, equipment, and transportation logistics.

Workflow Management

• Organize and track the entire process workflow from photoshoot to image selection.

• Maintain detailed records of every single SKU, ensuring accurate tracking of samples, photoshoot process, sku status, and warehouse dates.

Asset Delivery and Traffic Management

• Oversee the trafficking of images through the retouching process, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.

• Receive, organize, and traffic retouched images to the ecommerce team, ensuring all assets meet brand standards.

Quality Assurance

• Conduct image auditing to ensure all visual content aligns with the brand’s image and style guidelines.

• Facilitate the creation of high-quality visual content that effectively showcases the clothing line.

Project Logistics

• Manage shoot schedules, ensuring all resources are efficiently utilized to maintain a smooth workflow and meet deadlines.

• Closely monitor and assist with the setup and organization of photo shoots, ensuring high-quality production standards.

Communication and Reporting

• Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, including photographers, models, stylists, and the ecommerce team.

• Provide regular updates and detailed reports on the status of projects, image processing, and asset delivery.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working as a creative project/account manager in advertising/marketing
• Bachelor’s/associate degree in marketing, Communications or other applicable disciplines/related experience
• Experience in ecommerce, photography, or a related field preferred.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of the photo shoot production process and image retouching workflow.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools – especially Excel spreadsheets
