Responsibilities:

• Coordinate meetings with cross-functional teams to collect project updates and feedback.
• Document meeting discussions comprehensively, track action items, and ensure follow-ups are completed.
• Serve as a point of contact between teams, resolving questions and ensuring projects stay on schedule.
• Assist in developing and maintaining project plans, documentation, timelines, and progress trackers.
• Identify areas for operational improvement and contribute to implementing effective solutions.
• Create dashboards and reports to provide project performance insights and metrics.
• Map existing workflows, analyze inefficiencies, and suggest process enhancements.
• Collaborate on the development of automated solutions to boost productivity and reduce manual tasks.
• Support vendor management activities, including record-keeping and performance tracking.
• Facilitate clear and timely communication across teams to ensure program objectives are met.
• Conduct research and provide insights to support strategic planning and decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations, Finance, or a related field.
• Any experience in project coordination, team collaboration, or administrative support is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools and the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Analytical mindset with great attention to detail.
