The Junior Plumbing Estimator will collaborate with the Plumbing Department Manager and Estimating Department on project estimations and planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in project selection for bidding.
• Interpret specifications and blueprints.
• Prepare requests for information to clarify project scope.
• Evaluate installation methods to minimize costs.
• Utilize "Quote Express" for estimating.
• Prepare competitive bids and budgets.
• Coordinate with the Drafting Department for CAD/Shop Drawings.
• Attend meetings to review project outcomes.
• Build relationships with clients and designers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• 1+ years of Commercial Plumbing Estimating experience.
• Field experience as a Commercial Plumber.
• Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings.
• Knowledge of plumbing products and installation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication skills.

Safety Awareness: Safety is a priority; appropriate PPE is required.

Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform various physical tasks.
