Junior Operations Accountant – Hybrid in Boston

What You’ll Do:

• Support daily operational accounting processes, including cash reconciliations, NAV calculations, and trade settlements.
• Assist with monthly and quarterly financial reporting.
• Collaborate with portfolio managers and external service providers to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Analyze fund performance data and provide valuable insights to stakeholders.
• Play a key role in improving operational efficiency and maintaining robust internal controls.

What We’re Looking For:

• Hedge fund experience is a must. Whether you’ve worked in operations, accounting, or another related role, your familiarity with hedge fund structures and processes will set you apart.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with fund accounting software is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
