Junior Marketing & Sales Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Familiarizing yourself with essential details of our products and services
- Execute and support direct marketing and campaign strategies
- Collaborate with Marketing & Sales Coordinators to increase brand awareness and sales margins
- Promote products and initiate the sales cycle
- Share feedback, suggestions, and knowledge to fellow marketing and sales team members
- Identify consumer needs; problem solve and persuade consumers to overcome customer objections and close a sale as needed
Junior Marketing & Sales Coordinator Requirements:
- Bachelors in Marketing, Branding, Sales, Business or Communications
- 1-2 years experience in marketing associate, sales, advertising, or branding position
- Detail-oriented, self-disciplined, and ambitious
- Strong desire to improve personally and professionally
- Phenomenal work ethic with strong organizational skills
- Outstanding time management and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional public speaking and presentation skills
