About the Job
Bermello Ajamil, a Woolpert company, has a full-time on-site representative of design criteria professional or architect position available to serve as the Owner's Rep during construction administration on a Design-Build project.
Responsibilities:Responsibilities
- Attend pre-Construction Meetings
- Attend Weekly Owner-Contractor Meetings
- Prepare Daily and Weekly Field Reports
- Compile Monthly Progress Reports
- Participate in Weekly Construction Progress Meetings
- Coordinate with Engineering Sub-Consultants
- Maintain ongoing contact with architecture Project Manager and office staff
- Observe and help troubleshoot field issues
- Help review monthly payment applications
- Help prepare and coordinate subconsultant’s punchlists
- Help conduct final review
- Help review As-Built Documentation and work closely on a daily basis with (and report to) the Senior Field Representative.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Controls
- A bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or architecture related field required.
- Excellent managerial skills.
- Must possess familiarity with contract documents
- Must have knowledge of and experience with Procore, AutoCAD, MS Word, Excel, Revit and Navisworks
- Experienced with change order processing, change notice request review and processing,
- Excellent coordination and verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain an organized project documentation filing system on the jobsite.
- Ability to handle numerous tasks at once.
