Job Description:
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Junior Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our team within the fast-paced environment of Investment Banking.
- The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of relevant experience, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a polished and professional demeanor.
- Expense Management:Process and manage a high volume of expenses accurately and efficiently.Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines for expense reporting.Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to reconcile and track expenses.
- Communication and Coordination:Answer and screen phone calls, taking messages or routing calls to appropriate personnel.Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.Draft and proofread emails, documents, and reports with precision.
- Travel and Meeting Coordination:Arrange and coordinate travel plans, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.Schedule and organize meetings, ensuring all logistics are handled seamlessly.Prepare meeting materials and document minutes when required.
- Administrative Support:Provide general administrative support to executives and team members.Manage calendars, prioritize appointments, and assist in time management.Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- 3 – 5 years of Executive Assisstant experience within Investment Banking
- Process high volume of expenses, answer phones, book travel and meetings
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable
- Very polished and professional
