This candidate will support the Senior Estimator is developing accurate project estimates. Pay Details: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour

Olsten Staffing is assisting a client in Conway, SC to find a junior estimator to join their team! This will be a full-time temp-to-hire position. This candidate will support the Senior Estimator is developing accurate project estimates. Responsibilities for this job include-
- Assist the Senior Estimator in creating detailed estimates for a variety of signage projects.
- Review project specifications, blueprints, and drawings to determine material, labor, and time requirements.
- Work closely with the production team to ensure accurate project costing.
- Utilize Excel, Word, and other software tools to develop and present estimates.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients to clarify project details.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent math skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Familiarity with construction, fabrication, and job costing is a plus.
- Positive attitude and steady work ethic.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet required deadlines.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Reliable transportation and attendance
