We are currently seeking a Junior Designer to join our Design Team, focusing on Presentation Graphics.
This role requires a minium of 3 days/week on site in our office in Norwood, MA.
Role Overview:
As a Junior Designer, you will contribute to the design team by providing conceptual, design, and executional support for high-quality presentations that effectively communicate messages and align with client brands. This role will require travel of up to 40% to support client events and meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop visually impactful presentations that align with brand guidelines and effectively convey stories.
- Collaborate with Art Directors and Creative Directors to translate initial designs into polished, production-ready materials.
- Partner with project teams, including writers, designers, and project managers, to ensure a seamless and solution-focused creative process.
- Deliver high-impact, quick-turnaround presentations onsite at events.
- Provide assistance to creative directors and producers on various projects.
- Travel to events to operate and execute presentation materials.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in graphic design.
- Passion for contributing to a positive work environment with a commitment to producing best-in-class creative outputs.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Eagerness to learn, accept construct feedback, and grow professionally.
- Exceptional organizational skills, including task management and efficient file handling.
- Proficient presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
Technical Proficiency:
- Comfortable working on both Macintosh and PC platforms.
- Advanced skills in presentation software, including PowerPoint, Keynote, and Google Slides.
- High-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
- Experience with environmental design.
- Familiarity with motion graphics.
- Expertise in preparing files for both print and digital production (e.g., signage, banners).
- Knowledge of AI tools for image creation and presentation design.
