Junior Customer Service Representative Job Summary: This entry-level position is responsible for serving as a customer service and sales support resource providing top-notch service directly to clients and customers for our firm. The Customer Service Representative is a front-line position with our team's interactions with customers; consequently, strong customer service and sales skills are essential.
Principal Responsibilities for the Junior Customer Service Representative Position:
- Responsible for representing us to clients and customers by providing high-quality and efficient customer service
- Interact with customers daily to ascertain needs and how products and services offered would meet those demands
- Ability to respond to customer inquiries and advise on the appropriate solution
- Escalate large sales or leads to senior Account Managers
- Manage, track, and record all customer inquiries, sales, and leads
- Ensure compliance with all company and client policies and procedures
- Provide support and assistance to co-workers and other departments as needed
Qualifications for the Junior Customer Service Representative Position:
- Some college preferred, but not required
- 1-2 years of customer service or sales background
- Ability to interact with customers daily and give presentations as needed
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects with excellent time management
- Be articulate, outgoing, and professional
- Ability to work a flexible scheduled
