Junior Customer Service Representative - StaffWorks, Inc.

Our client is a local HVAC and plumbing company located in Ansonia, CT. They are a small family owned business with 33 total employees and are continuing to grow. They have an office staff of about 10 employees in a spacious environment, they are seeking a Full Time Customer Service Representative to join their office staff!

Selling Points:

• Opportunity for some commission to be earned through successful outbound calls.

Responsibilities:

• Answering inbound phone calls, from current customers.
• Making outbound phone calls to former customers.
• Creating work orders for service calls.
• Schedule and coordinating all service calls as calls are received with dispatcher.
• Office filing and faxing of documents.
• Maintain customer database information utilizing CRM software called Titan.
• Track technicians daily through GPS to inform customers when their technician will arrive.
• Track recommendations for service department and make follow-up calls.
• Answer phones for service department when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Fairly computer savvy, will be utilizing softwares to complete customer calls and log/track all notes and points of the conversation.
• Strong previous customer service experience.
• Previous sales or outbound dials is a big plus!

Schedule:
Mon - Fri (full time, flexible start time)

Pay Rate:
$21 - $25 Hourly
