Job Details
Job Qualifications:
- 2nd to 4th year Intellectual Property Attorney
- Mechanical engineering, biomedical engineering, physics or similar background preferred
- Experience in sophisticated patent prosecution and freedom to operate/opinion practice
- Strong communication and investigational
- Experience in prior art research, analyzing patentability and freedom to operate issues, providing other pre-litigation advice, drafting patent applications and handling a prosecution docket.
- Experience with medical devices is a plus
