Responsibilities:
1. Provide comprehensive legal advice to clients who have suffered personal injuries, ensuring they understand their rights and legal options.
2. Conduct thorough case investigations to determine the validity of each case, including collecting evidence, interviewing witnesses, and reviewing medical reports.
3. Develop and implement effective legal strategies to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
4. Represent clients in court proceedings, presenting compelling arguments and evidence to support their claims.
5. Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel, insurance companies, and other parties, striving to secure the maximum compensation for clients.
6. Stay updated on the latest developments in personal injury law and use this knowledge to enhance legal strategies and client counseling.
7. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions with clients, colleagues, and other parties.
8. Prepare and draft various legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
9. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing regular case updates and ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed promptly.
Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
3. No minimum on years of experience practicing personal injury law.
4. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
5. Strong oral and written communication abilities, with the capacity to present complex legal arguments clearly and persuasively.
6. High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple cases simultaneously.
8. Detail-oriented with a commitment to ensuring all work is completed accurately and on time.
