We are partnering with an established family business that is looking to bring on a junior accountant that will work closely with their accounting team- handling the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements. responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Journal Entries and Transactions:
   • Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are accurately recorded.
2. Accounts Management:
   • Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable records.
3. Reporting:
   • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly financial reports.
4. Support Senior Accountants:
   • Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly and yearly closings.
5. Expense and Payroll Review:
   • Assist with the review of expenses, payroll records, and other assigned financial tasks.
6. Database Updates:
   • Update financial data in databases to ensure accuracy and immediate availability when required.

 
qualifications:

Excellent knowledge of relevant computer software (Microsoft Navision and

Dynamics 360)

Accounting, finance or relevant field

Troubleshooting and can work independently
