Responsibilities of the Junior Accountant:

• Assist with month-end and year-end closings.
• Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy in reporting.
• Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger accounts.
• Support internal audits and compliance efforts.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline financial processes.

Qualifications of the Junior Accountant:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 0–2 years of accounting experience (internships welcome).
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems (preferred).
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
