Junior Accountant Details:

• Schedule: FULL-TIME, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm; fully in-office
• Pay Rate: $20-22/hr based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Review aging reports and assess account collectability
• Communicate with collections companies as needed
• Identify and address problematic accounts
• Update AR Supervisor on collections status
• Reconcile AR accounts with customers and sales reps
• Post AR adjustments with GL accounting knowledge
• Manage and upload invoices to customer platforms

Requirements:

• HS Diploma or GED
• Recent experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, and General Ledger
• Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office Suite experience
