 Key Responsibilities:

• Enter invoices for active projects and administrative costs using Sage 100 Contractor
• Maintain financial records and general ledgers for multiple projects
• Reconcile monthly bank statements and subledger accounts
• Generate financial statements and reports as needed
• Collaborate with the Project Management Team to provide accounting data and process invoices
• Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely and accurate invoice submissions
• Conduct regular audits of the accounting system, ensuring contact information and insurance compliance
• Assist with year-end tax preparation and external audits

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s or associate degree in accounting or a related field
• At least 2 years in a similar role
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Proficiency in:
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Sage 100 Contractor or similar accounting software
• Adobe Acrobat or other PDF editing tools
