Junior Accountant

Our client is seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Entry-Level Accountant to support their accounting and finance team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate in Accounting or Finance who is passionate about organizational efficiency and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document and analyze current business workflows in the accounting group
• Develop comprehensive, step-by-step written descriptions of business processes
• Conduct interviews and observations to validate and capture workflow details in various areas of accounting
• Effectively communicate findings to accounting department

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Strong written communication skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in Excel (pivot tables and VLOOKUPs are a plus)
• Internship or coursework in accounting and business operations
