Core Daily Responsibilities:
- Present products and services directly to customers and guide them through the sales process.
- Deliver outstanding customer service with every interaction, both internal and external.
- Achieve all sales targets and KPIs while adhering to Quality Assurance standards.
- Gain expertise in clients' products, services, sales processes, and emerging technologies.
- Track, analyze, and manage sales projections on a daily and weekly basis.
- Report sales activity to the Quality Assurance team to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
Preferred Qualities:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is strongly preferred.
- Experience in a customer-facing, high-energy environment is required.
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Strong relationship-building skills with diverse groups of people.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Enthusiasm for working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
