Summary: Seeking a Jr. Technical Project Manager to oversee software development projects, ensuring clear communication between stakeholders and the technical team, with a focus on planning and executing SaaS platform enhancements.
Job Requirements:
4-7 years of experience in software systems business analysis.
Proven ability to interpret customer and business needs into actionable project plans.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for complex design and functionality explanations.
Expertise in creating user stories and acceptance criteria.
Experience with UI/UX mock-up tools.
Proficiency in Jira or similar collaboration software.
Preferred Skills:
1-2 years of project management experience within a software development company.
Experience managing small teams, preferably groups of 4 individuals.
Background from smaller to medium-sized organizations.
Must be based within the Continental United States (CONUS).
Demonstrated stability with no more than 2 jobs in the last 5 years.
Job Responsibilities:
Gather and document software requirements for new features, products, or data fields.
Create screen mock-ups and workflows to gather feedback for UI design.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture business requirements comprehensively.
Liaise with technical leads to deliver precise specifications to developers.
Develop an understanding of the competitive market for gap analysis purposes.
Partner with UI Designers to finalize user interfaces.
Work closely with the development team throughout the project lifecycle.
Pay: 35-40

Pay Details: $35.00 to $40.00 per hour
