About the Job
At our venture-backed healthcare company, we're passionate about revolutionizing how care is delivered to patients dealing with chronic autoimmune diseases and specialty infusion medications. With locations in New Hampshire and Maine, and more in the pipeline, our patient-centric approach, innovative technology, and seamless clinical integration allow us to provide a care model that not only reduces costs for patients but also enhances outcomes. Through a blend of patient-centered design and a supportive team culture, we aim to infuse every interaction with the warmth and connection of a tight-knit community.
Who We Are:
At our core, we're a dedicated team of innovators, clinicians, and technologists driven by a singular mission: to elevate patient outcomes, streamline physician workflows, and make infusion therapy more accessible for all. We believe in taking ownership, striving for excellence, fostering curiosity, and always finding a way forward, even when the path isn't clear. Our journey is a marathon, not a sprint, and every day, we persist in tackling the significant challenges ahead.
About the Role:
We're currently seeking a dynamic Business Development & Partnerships Manager to cultivate relationships with referring physician offices and other key stakeholders, ultimately driving referral volume and revenue to our centers. As a vital ambassador of our brand, you'll establish trust with both external and internal partners, playing a pivotal role in our growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
Increase revenue for designated locations by generating referrals from specialist physician offices prescribing infusion therapy.
Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including specialist physician office staff, primary care providers, pharmaceutical representatives, payer case managers, benefits consultants, and employers.
Collaborate closely with providers, referral partners, and our operations team to ensure positive outcomes for patients and physicians alike.
Enhance brand visibility through active participation in networking events, conferences, local activities, and community engagements.
Serve as a liaison between referring practices and our operations team, ensuring seamless referral processes and timely patient capture.
Foster positive and collaborative partnerships with pharmaceutical representatives and other referral sources within your territory.
Provide timely and well-organized reports using CRM reporting, management tracking, and expense platforms.
Meet and exceed sales quotas.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Demonstrated track record of meeting or surpassing sales goals.
Competitive spirit coupled with a customer-focused mindset.
Positive attitude with a commitment to ongoing self-improvement.
Strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills.
Excellent listening abilities to identify opportunities and address concerns.
Proficiency in CRM systems and standard office software applications.
Preferred experience working directly with healthcare professionals or in the pharmaceutical industry.
Travel required within assigned territory, including occasional overnight stays.
Must be located in or near Sterling, VA.
Our Culture:
We foster a culture of respect, positivity, and remote-first collaboration, all united by our mission to redefine specialty infusion care. While we're ambitious in our goals, we understand the importance of work-life balance and encourage you to prioritize your well-being and personal interests. As a full-time team member, you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including performance bonuses, comprehensive insurance coverage, generous PTO, parental leave, and professional development opportunities.
We're committed to diversity and inclusion, believing that a varied team enriches our company and enables us to achieve our vision more effectively. An Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Employer, and we welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
If you're ready to join us in transforming the infusion care industry, we'd love to hear from you!
