Jr. Business Development Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and cold call potential clients to introduce our staffing services and solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing appropriate solutions.
- Conduct client meetings and presentations to showcase our services and value proposition.
- Collaborate with the recruiting team to match candidates with client needs and facilitate successful placements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage leads, and maintain accurate records.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the management team.
- Participate in regular training sessions and professional development activities to enhance sales skills and industry knowledge.
- Bachelors degree is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales acumen with a passion for building relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced, competitive sales environment.
