Intermediate admin skills, not executive level.

Efficient in scheduling and handling multiple calendars.

Willing to multitask.

Knowledge of MS Office, PowerPoint, and some Excel.

May need to order supplies, plan events, and track travel expenses.

Willing to learn and work in a team-oriented environment.

Manage calendars.

Schedule meetings and juggle calendars.

Work with other admins to adjust schedules.

Order lunches and office supplies.
