Responsibilities: 

• Research, design, and develop computer and network software or application programs. 

• Analyze user needs and recommend and develop software solutions by applying principles and techniques of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis in an Agile environment.

• Update software or enhance existing software capabilities to reduce backlog under limited supervision.

• Works in collaboration with team members to maintain existing OM&S software in an Agile/Scrum environment.

• Reports to Leidos OM&S Program Manager.

Required Qualifications: 

• Current Secret level clearance.

• Expertise in one or more programming languages.

• Ability to apply Agile/Software/Systems engineering methodologies to Operations, Maintenance and Sustainment (OM&S) of Mission Partner Environments (MPE).

• Bachelor’s degree and 2-4 years of prior relevant experience (Candidate may substitute additional education such as a master's degree for years of experience).

 
Preferred Qualifications: 

• Knowledge of BICES-X or other MPE Programs.

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years’ experience.
